AEROSPACE QUALITY GAGES FIXED LIMIT GAGING / CALIBRATION A2LA ISO 17025 REGISTERED CALIBRATION SERVICES AVAILABLE Osborn Products, Inc. has been offering the best quality fixed limit gaging (thread and plain) since 1956. We manufacture our own thread gages and all gages come with long form certifications. Our gages are manufactured from quality tool steel and are fully heat treated and triple stabilized. To maintain the best quality, all gages are hand lapped just prior to certification. We stock standard thread plug and ring gages up to 1.500 and 27mm. These are normally available within 12-48 hours. Our Calibration system conforms to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and all calibrations are traceable to NIST. |

PRECISION GRINDING Osborn Products, Inc. offers a wide variety of precision grinding services including O.D./I.D. plain and thread grinding, angle grinding, centerless grinding and surface grinding. We consistently hold tolerances to 5 microns (.0002). For closer tolerances, our lapping capabilities allow us to hold tolerances to 1 micron (.00004) or better. |

Osborn Products, Inc. manufactures precision leadscrew/nut assemblies up 36" overall length with 21" thread length. The nut can be lapped to the leadscrew to obtain minimal backlash reaching tolerances of 100 to 200u in. Using our specially modified thread grinders helical path deviation can be held to tolerances of 50u in. per inch. |
